  • Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon - West Kirby, Merseyside

    We have an opportunity for a Small Animal Vet, who has a surgical bias, to join our team at Acorn Veterinary Surgery in West Kirby. The role is a fulltime opportunity with sole charge responsibilities.
    You would play a part in supporting our growing practice, and ideally we are looking for Individuals who are confident in Orthopedic Surgery procedures including cruciate’s and luxating patella. We would also be happy to support individuals interested in completing their Certificate in Small Animal Surgery.
    Acorn veterinary surgery is a well-equipped, state of the art practice that has recently been refurbished to Hospital standard. Alongside this you would be joining a highly experienced and friendly support team including Nurses and receptionists. Acorn is an established practice and has built a strong following of clients due to their exceptional customer service proposition.

  • Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon - Newcastle under Lyme - Staffordshire

    We have an exciting opportunity for two Small Animal Vets to join the Willows Veterinary Group, based at Charter Vets in Newcastle-under-Lyme. This is an established practice that has developed a strong customer following over the years and with a strong support team including nurses and administration staff this is a fabulous practice to continue your career.
    Ideally we are looking for individuals who have 2 years’ post grad experience within a small animal practice. You will have worked in a position of sole charge and also be confident in standard surgery. An enthusiastic vet with good communication skills and the motivation to provide a high level of care and service to our clients and their pets
    You would be joining a friendly team in a well-equipped practice, where there would be future opportunities within an expanding vet group. The positions are both full-time, based on working 4 days per week, 2/11 weekends and involve some out of hours cover.

  • Christmas Day RVN Angel required

    We are looking for an RVN to cover our practice on Christmas Day 7.30am to 7.15pm.
    You will be looking after our in-patients and answering the phone to emergency calls.
    There is a vet on call only 20 minutes away. She will be there for support, advice and, of course, will attend when necessary.

  • Experienced Small Animal Vet Required

    We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic small animal vet to join our growing independent practice in Somerset. We are a friendly 5 vet SA team with a new branch opening in 2018.
    This is an exciting opportunity to run a branch surgery and be involved from the very beginning.
    Initially this role will be based at the main practice in Shepton Mallet, before moving to the branch once it opens.

    We have all the expected equipment of a progressive RCVS (including laparoscopic kit) accredited practice and provide the highest standards of customer care to our clients.
    We require:
    A team player with good communication skills and the highest standards of client care.
    Excellent clinical, diagnostic and medical case management skills.
    Someone who has experience in leading and motivating a team.
    You will need to be financially aware, able to spot opportunities and help us grow our client base.
    This role will involve 1 in 6 OOH rota and Saturday morning surgeries with time off during the week.
